How do I get started?
You’ve already begun. Congratulations. You care enough about yourself to take time to shop around for a therapist.
Call and speak to me. These calls are confidential. I always answer or return phone calls. If you haven’t heard from me within 24 hours, please call again. (Phones have their occasional problems).
If you make that first appointment and we begin our therapy process, slowly—you will make important decisions:
- Do I feel comfortable with Laura?
- Do I want to continue my therapy here?
- If this is a relationship issue, should I bring in my spouse, boyfriend, girlfriend, child, etc?
